Important T-4 and Address Update Information

Canadian Associates who wish to receive their T4s electronically must opt in again via our new vendor, National Payment. Register at https://my.doculivery.com/DollarTree by February 7.

Paper T4s will be mailed by February 28 to your home address on file as of February 7.

Address Changes for Existing and Former Associates: If you do not wish to receive your tax form electronically, be sure that your current mailing address is correct to avoid delays in receiving your tax statement. To update or view your mailing address as it appears in our system, access http://www.paperlessemployee.com/DollartreeCanada. T4s for former and current associates will be mailed to the address in our system as of the February 7 (CA) deadlines noted above.

For our Associates’ security, we cannot make address changes over the phone.
